By engaging with The Gateway Solution for digital marketing, web development, or communication services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all clients, users, and visitors of our platform.

2. Scope of Services

We provide a suite of digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Messaging: Bulk SMS, Voice Calls, WhatsApp Business API, and RCS.
• Social & Ads: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Marketing.
• Development: Website Designing and Software Development.

3. Compliance & Legality

For RCS and Verified WhatsApp, clients must provide legitimate business registration documents. You strictly agree to send messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted-in. You must comply with TRAI/DND regulations.

4. Payment & Credits

Messaging credits must be paid in advance. Unused credits may expire based on the plan selected. Payments for ad spend and completed technical services are non-refundable.
